Vocalists

−Vocalists must have accepted Jesus as their personal savior and have a growing relationship with
Him.
−They must be able to learn songs by listening to CDs and reading chord charts.
−They must be able to sing different, non-melody, parts by ear.
−They must have musical gifts developed to the level needed in order to facilitate quality worship
experiences.

Instrumentalists

−Instrumentalists must be able to learn songs by listening to CDs, reading chord charts or any means
necessary.
−They must have musical gifts developed to the level needed in order to facilitate quality worship
experiences.
−Must have a quality instrument and/or gear appropriate for the position.(Exceptions may apply)

All Team Members

−They must understand that they are called to worship and help others worship and not to simply
perform.
−They must be committed to team unity, growth on their instrument or voice, and support of the
church leadership and worship ministry.
−They must be a teachable, humble servant.

We are casual, but appropriate.  Ties and prom dresses are as out of place as spaghetti straps and beer T-shirts.

Jeans, appropriate t-shirts, dress casual, etc... is a safe bet.

-  Everyone must come to practice at the specified time and place; to be completely prepared for
practice which includes knowing the songs and one’s own part
-  Everyone must be completely set up and ready for practice when practice begins to honor the time commitments of the other members.
− Everyone must come to Sunday morning services, if you are scheduled, arriving at 10:15am for pre-worship meeting/prayer with all participants of the morning, setup/soudcheck from 10:30 to 10:55.
− Try to have all music memorized for Sunday morning.

No, not at all.  We completely realize that situations, schedules and desires change.   It's okay to leave gracefully.

Should you ever need to step out of this worship ministry for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact Jim, our Lead Pastor, immediately to discuss the reason, any possible solutions, and/or a proper exit with grace and dignity intact.  If there is a break in fellowship between team members, even if you leave the team, we will try to resolve the situation to preserve the unity of the church.

We will usually ask you to fulfill any commitments you have, if possible, so as not to leave the team in a tough position.

Should there be any reason for the worship ministry to dismiss you, please be as graceful and professional as possible, respecting the leadership of this church.
