That phrase—“for such a time as this”—has echoed through sermons and slogans, but I’m realizing it might mean something much bigger than we typically think… and somehow, also more basic. Esther’s story has a way of pulling you into that tension between fear and purpose, between risk and obedience. I don’t always know what God is doing, but I’m starting to see how much hinges on the moments we don’t fully understand. This week, we’re stepping into that tension and asking what it really means to be ready when the moment comes.
